A jaw crusher, commonly known as a jaw crusher, consists of two jaw plates, a moving jaw and a stationary jaw, forming a crushing chamber. The material is crushed under the squeezing action of the moving jaw and the stationary jaw. Jaw crushers are currently widely used in various industries such as quarries, mining manufacturing, building materials, highways, railways, water conservancy and chemical engineering, construction waste treatment, etc. for crushing various ores and bulk materials. The higher compressive strength of the crushed material is 320Mpa.
The previous text learned about the causes of dust in the Hubei crusher. In terms of solutions, in addition to optimizing and improving the local structure of the equipment, external forces can also be used to control the source of dust and avoid further diffusion of dust. Below, we will talk about the solutions to the dust problem of the E-type crusher.
1、 Measures to reduce dust in Hubei crusher
1. Install a sealing cover at the source of dust, and equip it with water spray and dust suction devices.
(1) Two spray nozzles should be installed at each inlet and outlet, and the direction of the spray nozzle must be reasonable, pointing towards the source of dust.
(2) Install a vacuum cleaner at the maintenance port behind the crushing chamber moving jaw, and connect the air duct between the fan into a flexible pipeline to facilitate the daily maintenance of the equipment.
(3) Install a water spray device in the conveyor belt to reduce the dispersion of dust during the conveying process.
2. Optimize and transform the tooth plate and other structures of the chute.
(1) Reduce the inclination angle of the chute appropriately, thereby reducing the potential energy difference of the material height.
(2) Increase the number of teeth on the toothed plate while keeping other situations unchanged.
(3) Timely replace damaged sieve plates to avoid dust accumulation caused by material blockage.
