The difficulty in the application of ball mills is dust pollution. Due to the high grinding fineness of the ball mill, it is necessary to do a good job in dust removal. The dust collector mainly consists of an ash hopper, a filter chamber, a clean air chamber, a bracket, a lifting valve, a spray cleaning equipment, etc. During operation, dusty gas enters the ash hopper through an air duct. Large particles of dust directly fall into the bottom of the ash hopper, while smaller particles enter the filter chamber upwards with the airflow conveyor and are blocked by the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified flue gas enters the cloth bag, enters the air outlet through the bag mouth and the purification chamber, and is discharged from the air outlet. With continuous filtration, the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag continues to increase, and the resistance of the equipment also increases accordingly. When the resistance of the equipment rises to a certain value, dust removal operation should be carried out to remove the dust on the surface of the filter bag.
Pulse dust collector: This dust collector mainly consists of an upper box body, a middle box body, an ash hopper, an air inlet pressure equalization pipe, a supporting filter bag, a spraying equipment, and an ash unloading equipment. Dust containing gas enters the ash hoppers of each room through the inlet pressure equalization pipe of the dust collector. Under the diversion of the ash hopper diversion equipment, large particles of dust are separated and directly fall into the ash hopper, while fine dust evenly enters the middle box and adsorbs on the outer surface of the filter bag. Clean gas enters the upper box through the filter bag and is discharged into the atmosphere through offline valves and exhaust pipes. As the filtration progresses, the dust on the filter bag increases. When the resistance of the equipment reaches the limit resistance value (usually set at 1500Pa), the dust removal control equipment will actively close the offline valve of a room based on the pressure difference setting value or dust removal time, and then open the electric pulse valve according to the set program to stop blowing. By using compressed air for instantaneous blowing, the pressure in the filter bag is increased, and the dust on the filter bag can be shaken off (even if fine dust is stuck, it can be removed).
Cyclone dust collector: After installing a bypass, the working principle of the cyclone dust collector is that the dusty gas enters tangential from the inlet, the airflow rotates, and the up and down airflow separates to form a double spiral motion. Dust has a strong separation effect at the boundary of the double spiral worm. Coarse dust particles are separated to the outer wall with the airflow of the lower spiral worm. During this period, some dust is exported from the middle hole of the bypass separation chamber, and the remaining dust is carried to the ash hopper by the downward airflow. The upward airflow has a collection effect on fine dust, thereby improving the dust removal ability. Some small dust particles are carried upwards by the upwelling eddy current, forming a violently rotating upper dust ring under the top cover. Together with the upwelling eddy current, they enter the upper hole of the bypass separation chamber and are introduced into the cone through the return air outlet, which is collected together with the internal airflow. The purified gas is discharged through the exhaust pipe, and the separated dust enters the hopper.
